Approach
Our approach focuses on identifying and building on existing strengths, utilizing a strengths-based leadership style. This leads to stronger teams, clarity of focus, and increased passion, energy, and commitment. We build capacity and improve revenue streams by identifying the pitfalls and energy or money drains, and by providing specific skills and tools to increase income. We work with staff, the board of directors, or an entire organization to create a shift in culture that increases participation and interest in the vital work of development.
Services
Development and fundraising consulting services include grant writing, major donor, planned giving or endowment campaigns, building the successful event, appeals, e-marketing, strategic planning, and meeting facilitation. We also provide management coaching, board development and strategies for board training and orientation.
